The present invention relates to a filter assembly for a syringe which is combined with a needle unit of the syringe comprising: a conical hat or a slab shaped elastic boom in which edge can be shrunk down by pressure for absorbing medicine a circular filter which is arranged with distance from the lower side of the boom and filters foreign materials in the medicine absorbed when the edge of the boom is shrunk and a discharging column which has a penetration hole in the middle and discharges the medicine filtered using the filter by connecting a head unit of the boom to a center unit of the filter.
