The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of instant stir-fried glass noodles which are cooked in order to allow consumers to eat stir-fried glass noodles which require a complicated cooking process by simply heating the stir-fried glass noodles. Consumers have to use tools and fire to cook existing stir-fried glass noodles, and it takes a long time to cook the existing stir-fried glass noodles. To solve the disadvantage of the existing stir-fried glass noodles, disclosed is a manufacturing method of instant frozen stir-fried glass noodles which are completely cooked in order to allow consumers to eat stir-fried glass noodles by only simply heating the stir-fried glass noodles even without a cooking technique or knowledge about cooking. The manufacturing method of instant frozen stir-fried glass noodles comprises the following steps: preparing first ingredients which comprise onion, garlic, spinach, carrot, Auricularia auricula-judae, and egg; preparing second ingredients which comprise Pleurotus ostreatus, Lentinula edodes, and Pleurotus eryngii; preparing green paprika and red paprika; cooking glass noodles in boiled mixture of fresh water, soy sauce, and cooking oil, and adding sesame oil; mixing the spinach, carrot, onion, green paprika, red paprika, Auricularia auricula-judae, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus eryngii, and Lentinula edodes with seasonings; and vacuum-packing the cooked ingredients and rapidly freezing the same.본 발명은 번거롭고 손작업이 많이 가는 잡채를 간단하게 데워서 먹을 수 있도록 조리된 즉석 잡채 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 기존의 즉석 잡채가 도구와 불을 사용해야 하고 또 조리시간이 많이 걸리는 단점을 보완하여 조리 기술이나 상식이 없더라도 더욱 간편하게 데우기만 하면 먹을 수 있도록 완전히 조리된 즉석 냉동 잡채의 제조 방법을 개시한다.
