PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-intensity sweetener-containing beverage whose taste-quality of the high-intensity sweetener is improved, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: Provided are: a beverage whose taste-quality of a high-intensity sweetener beverage is improved by adding a high-intensity sweetener, an acid-taste imparting substance and a bitter-taste imparting substance to a raw beverage a beverage in which quassin and/or iso-α acid is used as the bitter-taste imparting substance and a beverage in which the high-intensity sweetener is a combination of acesulfame potassium and sucralose and the high-intensity sweetener is contained in a concentration having a sweetness equivalent to sucrose 0.5 to 15 wt.% solution, the acid-taste imparting substance has an acidity of 0.01 to 0.4%, and the quassin is 0.02 to less than 0.1 ppm.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】高甘味度甘味料の味質が改善された高甘味度甘味料含有飲料とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】原飲料に、高甘味度甘味料と、酸味付与物質と、苦味付与物質とを添加することにより、高甘味度甘味料飲料の味質を改善する飲料。苦味付与物質として、クワシン及び/又はイソα酸を使用する飲料。高甘味度甘味料が、アセスルファムカリウムとスクラロースとの組み合わせであり、ショ糖0.5~15重量%溶液と同等の甘味を有する濃度で高甘味度甘味料を含んでなり、酸味付与物質が酸度0.01~0.4%であり、クワシンが0.02~0.1ppm未満である飲料。【選択図】なし
