PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric thermal home treatment device in a mattress form which prevents a localized overheat and reduces risks of low temperature burns.SOLUTION: A cushion solid cotton 5 is arranged on an upper face, a heat insulation solid cotton 6 is arranged on a lower face, a surface heat generator 7 is arranged between the upper and lower solid cottons, and the whole face is covered by a cotton cloth, thereby forming the electric thermal home treatment device in a mattress form for performing thermal treatment by means of electric heat generated by the surface heat generator.
