Provided is a method for preparing rice soup which comprises the following steps of: stewing green onion roots to prepare water in which green onions are infused putting beef leg bones in the water in which green onions are infused, and boiling the same to obtain a beef leg bone broth putting beef in the boiling beef leg bone broth and additionally boiling the same removing the beef from the broth, adding green onions, salt and chili powder, and boiling the same and seasoning the broth with condiment, pepper and garlic, and then cooling and refrigerating the same.
