The present invention relates to a composition for preparing roasted eggs and a method for preparing the roasted eggs and, more specifically, to a composition for preparing roasted eggs having improved flavor and texture by containing salt and garlic, and to a method for preparing the roasted eggs with improved flavor capable of shortening the time for preparation by using the composition.
