PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for artificially cultivating Flammulina velutipes mushrooms which improves workability, prevents the damage from saprophytes, and promotes growth in the artificial cultivation of Flammulina velutipes mushrooms on the condition that bottles are not used.SOLUTION: A bagged set into which a cultivation bag and a culture medium are integrated is produced by integrally molding the culture medium into a cylindrical block shape in a longer cultivation bag composed of a resin film or sheet to form an elongated uprising holding portion which can be held in an almost cylindrical shape above the culture medium. In this bagged set, a seal filter sealing the upper end part of the uprising holding portion but enabling aeration is formed after heat sterilization and the inoculation step thereafter, and then, after hypha-distributing to spread hyphae, the Flammulina velutipes mushrooms are raised in a bunch inside the cylindrical uprising holding portion along its peripheral wall in the mushroom generation step following the germinating step.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】えのき茸の人工栽培において、瓶を用いないことを前提に、作業性が効率的であり、雑菌の被害がなく、生育が良好となるえのき茸の人工栽培方法を提供する。【解決手段】樹脂フィルムないしシートからなる長めの栽培袋に、培養基を円柱形のブロック状に一体成形することより、培養基の上にほゞ円筒形に保持され得る身長の起立保持部を形成して、栽培袋と培養基とが一体化した袋詰めセットを造り、この袋詰めセットについて、加熱殺菌とその後の植菌工程を経てから、起立保持部の上端部に通気可能に閉じてなるシールフイルターを形成し、次いで、菌糸を蔓延させる菌まわしの後、発芽工程に続く発茸工程で、えのき茸が筒形の起立保持部の中にその周壁に沿って束状に育成されることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
