PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro surgery device which can be easily switched between an unipolar power and bipolar power.SOLUTION: An electro surgery device 2 functions as forceps 4 having a first operation arm 6 and a second operation arm 6. The electro surgery device 2 includes a first electro surgery structure (bipolar structure) 100 provided at a position where the first operation arm 6 and the second operation arm 6 face each other so that the forceps 4 delivers a first treatment electric current flowing between the first operation arm 6 and the second operation arm 6.
