PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the enlargement of flexible bipolar forceps and surely perform a treatment such as hemostasis.SOLUTION: The distal ends of the flexible bipolar forces are provided with treatment parts 2 for performing the treatment for an organism. The treatment parts are so constituted as to clamp an insulating support member 5 with a pair of forceps members 6 and 7. The support member 5 is provided with a base part 12 where the forceps members 6 and 7 are supported by a pin, and the proximal end of the base part 12 is provided with first projections 13 and 14 projecting in the width direction.
