PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forceps plug for an endoscope, compatibly attaining the smoothness of insertion of treatment tools and perfect prevention of splashing of contaminated liquid to the various treatment tools.SOLUTION: The forceps plug 25 for the endoscope used by being mounted on a mouthpiece 24 communicating to an insertion channel 19 arranged in the endoscope 2 for inserting the treatment tool has: a body part 26 which has a mounting part mounted on the mouthpiece 24 at one end side and a lid mounting part protruding in a cylindrical shape at the other end side, in which a closing film 33 in which an always opening slit 32 is formed is arranged between the mounting part and the lid mounting part, and which passes through the treatment tool by opening the slit 32 by the insertion of the treatment tool and a plurality of lid part 29, 30 which are coupled to the body part 26 respectively by flexible belt-like parts 27, 28 and in which insertion holes 38a, 38b with different inner diameters for passing through the treatment tools are formed in the center part of the same and which can be selectively attached to and detached from the lid mounting part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】多様な処置具に対して処置具挿入の円滑性と汚液の飛散等の完全防止との両立を実現する内視鏡用鉗子栓を提供する。【解決手段】処置具を挿通するために内視鏡2に設けられた挿通チャネル19に連通する口金24に装着して使用される内視鏡用鉗子栓25であって、一端側に口金24に装着される装着部、他端側に筒状に突出した蓋装着部を備えるとともに、装着部と蓋装着部との間に常閉性のスリット32が形成された閉鎖膜33が設けられ、処置具の挿入によりスリット32が押し開かれて処置具を貫通させる本体部26と、可撓性を有する帯状部27,28によって本体部26に各々が連結されるとともに、各々の中央部に処置具挿通用の互いに内径が異なる挿通孔38a,38bが一つずつ形成され、前記蓋装着部に択一的に着脱可能な複数の蓋部29,30と、を有することを特徴とする内視鏡用鉗子栓である。【選択図】図2
