PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar forceps which can perform processing corresponding to in-vivo tissues within a complicated body cavity and can improve versatility.SOLUTION: The bipolar forceps comprises: a sheath unit an operation unit having a first operation part and a second operation part provided to the sheath unit and a forceps unit disposed at the distal end side of the sheath unit.
