To provide a smoke type transpiration agent composition and a smoke type transpiration device, capable of sufficiently achieving effects of agent by simpler operations.SOLUTION: A composition contains a water-containing liquid (A) and a heat generating solid (B) each independently, in which the water-containing liquid (A) contains a water-soluble solvent (a1) having boiling point of 150°C or higher, and water (a2), the heat generating solid (B) contains a heat generating agent (b1) generating heat by a hydration reaction, and is manufactured by getting the water-containing liquid (A) and the heat generating solid (B) in contact and transpiring the water-containing liquid (A).
