PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of leakage by prompting a user to tear an easy-tearing line provided in a fastening sheet when used and fitting a paper diaper to the user with the torn fastening sheet.SOLUTION: The disposable diaper is provided, in which at least two upper and lower projecting portions projecting outward are each formed on a base sheet in both the sides of the back of the paper diaper, and which is worn in a body by having the fastening sheet in which an adhesive layer or a surface fastener element is provided in the inside surface of the projecting portion and fastening the projecting portion on the abdominal side surface of the paper diaper.
