PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a selection of the size of a diaper by acquiring a waist size whenever wearing the diaper.
SOLUTION: A waist section in a non-skin surface side of an exterior sheet 20 includes: a waist band 31 which is formed by joining the upper/lower sections of a belt-like sheet, which is formed by turning down a skin-surface-side gather-pressing sheet 21A towards the non-skin surface side, along the diaper circumferential direction respectively by joining sections 33 and 33 and a measure member 32 whose one end is inserted into the interior of the waist band 31 and fixed to the exterior sheet 20 and whose other end extends to the exterior of the waist band 31. The waist size of the wearer can be measured by pulling an external extension portion 32a of the measure member 32 after wearing the diaper and fitting the waist section of the diaper to the waist of the wearer.
