PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy preparation of a solidified body to improve preparation efficiency.SOLUTION: Confectionery is composed of a solidified body 1 which is prepared by cooling and solidifying, on dry ice 13, a liquid body 2 based on honey liquid at ordinary temperature and specifically by exposing the upper surface 13a of the dry ice 13 contained in a container 11 as a preparation implement 10, forming concave parts 12 in a matrix form on the upper surface 13a of the dry ice 13, arranging the tips of sticks 3 preliminarily in the concave parts 12 and injecting the liquid body 2 based on honey liquid at ordinary temperature. The liquid body 2 begins to be solidified rapidly by coldness of the dry ice 13 and, after being left as it is for a specified time, forms the solidified body 1. The solidification of the liquid body 2 on the dry ice 13 improves the preparation efficiency.
