The present invention relates to a honey knife heating device. A temperature compensation line storage unit is formed on a whole surface of an upper portion of a knife blade. A heater cover, having a temperature controller storage unit arranged in a center, is joined by a bolt. A temperature compensation line is uniformly wound and arranged on the entire inner surface of the temperature compensation to uniformly transmit heat, generated by the temperature compensation line, to the entire surface of the knife blade. A temperature controller is connected to an end portion of the temperature compensation line and is installed in the temperature controller storage unit to enable a power source of the temperature compensation line to be automatically turned on and off in an appropriate temperature range.
