The present invention relates to a production method of a fermented medical herb extract, and more specifically, to a production method of a fermented medical herb extract which extracts medical herbs after fermenting for improving the medicinal properties, promoting the body absorption, and offering an antioxidation effect. The present invention comprises the following steps: a step of producing complex microorganism fermented liquid through first and second lactic acid bacterial fermentation, third yeast fermentation, and fourth and fifth fermenting steps; a step of cleanly washing the medical herbs with electrolyte water with 0.7-.9% of salinity; a step of drying the medical herbs in a drying chamber using 65-80°;C hot air; a step of fermenting the medical herbs for 48-72 hours after spraying 2.5-13 wt% of complex microorganism fermented liquid to the dried medical herbs; and a step of inserting the fermented medical herbs with water into a tank where the internal temperature is maintained at 35-90°;C, and applying ultrasonic vibration and microbubbles to the medical herbs soaked in water for extracting for 5-7 hours.
