PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel protein material that is safe and useful for the prevention and treatment of various bone diseases, such as osteoporosis, bone fracture, rheumatism, and arthritis, by ingesting on a daily basis, and also provide a bone-strengthening food or beverage or a feed, which is useful for preventing or treating various bone diseases, such as osteoporosis, bone fracture, rheumatism, and arthritis, by oral ingestion.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a protein material comprises: 2 to 15 mg/100 mg of angiogenin and/or angiogenin degradation product and a lactoperoxidase and/or lactoperoxidase hydrolyzate in a mass ratio of 0.3 to 20 to the angiogenin and/or angiogenin degradation product.
