While wearing, with regard to the rising inhibit part 55 at both end parts in longitudinal direction X and a standing part 51 sandwiched between the rising inhibit parts 55 for the leaf proof cuff 5, when assuming a marginal part 52 of the inner extension part 52a as a free end, the free end is positioned inside of the base end part 50 in lateral direction Y if the free end is standing toward the skin side of the wearer.
