PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush head for providing a toothbrush suitable for cleaning the teeth narrow portions, and to provide a manual and electric toothbrush with the same toothbrush head.SOLUTION: In the toothbrush head, a base part 10 includes a bristle filled face has a fixed part 11 connected to a neck, and a movable part 12 partitioned from the fixed part 11 by a slit the movable part 12 has one free end and the other end supported in an area of the base part 10 and being more easily bent in the base part thickness direction than the fixed part 11 the free end of the movable part is positioned in an intermediate part in the axial direction of the base part and the fixed part or the other movable part is positioned in a tip side of the free end.
