PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper with a high degree of freedom, which can be easily put on and can easily follow the change of a girth after putting on the diaper, and for which the positions of a part to be stretched by high stress and a part to be stretched by low stress and the degree of extension stress are adjusted.
SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1 includes a surface sheet, a back surface sheet and an absorbent disposed between both sheets, and a pair of side flaps 5C and 5C on the back side part is respectively provided with a fastening tape 10. The pair of side flaps 5C and 5C is provided with a plurality of elastic bodies 9 disposed and fixed in parallel with each other toward the width direction of the diaper, and the plurality of elastic bodies 9 is disposed such that one of the outer part in the width direction of the pair of side flaps 5C and 5C and the inner part in the width direction is stretched by the high stress compared to the other.
