PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an effect of preventing side leakage and front/rear leakage, to reduce return of a body liquid, and to improve efficiency of absorbing the body liquid on the surface of an absorber.
SOLUTION: At both of the side portions of the longitudinal direction of the absorber 13, a leakage prevention sheet 12 rolls the side edge portions of the absorber 13 inward together and is extended to the side of the front surface of the absorber 13 to be fixed. A front surface sheet 11 further rolls the absorber 13 rolled inward together by the leakage prevention sheet 12 inward together from the upper side and is extended to the side of the rear surface of the absorber 13 to be fixed. Moreover, a gather non-woven fabric 16 for forming a three-dimensional gather BS further rolls the side edge portions of the absorber 13 rolled inward together by the front surface sheet 11 from the upper side and is extended to the side of the rear surface of the absorber 13 to be fixed. In the extended portion on the side of the front surface of the leakage prevention sheet 12, a plurality of openings 3 are provided.
