PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve capabilities of preventing leakage and collecting liquids in an absorber by forming a plurality of three-dimensional gathers on both sides.SOLUTION: First three-dimensional gathers 51A and 51A and second three-dimensional gathers 51B and 51B disposed on the outer side of the first gathers are disposed inward along side edges of an absorber 60 in the longitudinal direction. A standing point of each first three-dimensional gather and a standing point of each second three-dimensional gather are disposed at an interval, and a first gather sheet 50A and a second gather sheet 50B are disposed at an interval on the upper surface of a front surface sheet 20, so that the liquid-permeable front surface sheet 20 is exposed to a region between the starting point of the first three-dimensional gather and the starting point of the second three-dimensional gather, and the area from the front surface sheet in the region to the absorber is liquid-permeable. The second three-dimensional gather stands higher than the first three-dimensional gather, and is formed longer to the back side. A slit is formed to run between the both three-dimensional gathers in the absorber, and a back leakage preventive pocket is added to a back side edge.
