An intravascular mapping and anchoring assembly is disclosed, comprising: a tubular sheath an expandable anchor comprising a first portion and a second portion, each having a compressed position and an expanded position, the anchor having a fully compressed position in which the first and second portions are disposed in their compressed positions within the sheath an array of electrodes mounted to the first portion wherein the sheath is slidable retractable relative to the anchor to release the anchor from the fully compressed position to a mapping position in which the first portion is released from the sheath to an expanded position while the second portion remains in the compressed position within the sheath and wherein the sheath is further slidable relative to the anchor to further release the second portion to an expanded position.Ensemble de cartographie intravasculaire et dancrage, comprenant : une gaine tubulaire un élément dancrage expansible comprenant une première partie et une seconde partie, ayant chacune une position comprimée et une position expansée, lélément dancrage ayant une position entièrement comprimée dans laquelle la première et la seconde partie se trouvent à lintérieur de la gaine à létat comprimé un réseau délectrodes montées sur la première partie, la gaine pouvant être rétractée par coulissement par rapport à lélément dancrage pour libérer lélément dancrage de sa position entièrement comprimée et le faire passer en position cartographie dans laquelle la première partie est libérée de la gaine pour adopter sa position expansée tandis que la seconde partie demeure à létat comprimé à lintérieur de la gaine, la gaine pouvant coulisser davantage par rapport à lélément dancrage pour libérer, en outre, la seconde partie et lui permettre de passer en position expansée.
