PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply carry out rotation operation of a steering wheel by solving the problem in which rotation operation of the steering wheel is complicated. SOLUTION: In the power working machine, cutting blades 13 and 14 for cutting out branches and leaves, or the like, are installed in the front of a machine body 11 and a steering wheel 15 held an operator is rotatably installed in the rear of the machine body 11 and a throttle lever 36 is swingably installed from a non-operation position to an operation position in the steering wheel and a motor 12 is installed in the center of the machine body 11 and cutting blades 13 and 14 are driven by the motor 12, and output of the motor 12 is controlled by the throttle lever 36. The steering wheel 15 is equipped with a fixing mechanism 82 capable of being fixed to a shaft part 32 of the machine body 11 at a prescribed angle, a fixing-releasing lever 81 for keeping the fixing mechanism 82 in release state by moving the fixing mechanism 82 to the rear of the steering wheel 15 and covering the throttle lever 36 in a state making the operation of the throttle lever 36 impossible in this release state.
