PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for controlling a longitudinal feeding amount in a planting working machine with which the longitudinal feeding amount of seedlings is accurately controlled according to the amount of seedlings raked on a seedling stand. SOLUTION: The mechanism for controlling a longitudinal feeding amount has constitution that a regulation member 48 that is brought into contact with a longitudinal feeding lever 44 side for regulating the longitudinal feeding amount of seedling by a longitudinal feeding apparatus 18 according to the rotation, regulates the rotation start position of the longitudinal feeding lever 44 and changes the rotation of the longitudinal feeding lever 44 is pivotally supported on a shaking fulcrum 65 different from the shaking fulcrum 63 of a raked amount regulation lever 66 side for regulating the amount of seedlings raked by a planting part 13, connected to the raked amount regulation lever 66 side and is shaken at an enlarged angle relatively to the shaking angle of the raked amount regulation lever 66.
