PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power working machine capable of easily performing a rotational operation of a handle and capable of surely easily performing an operation of a throttle lever and the rotational operation of the handle. SOLUTION: This power working machine is so structured that cutting teeth 13, 14 for cutting branches, leaves, etc., are provided at the front of a machine body 11, the cutting teeth 13, 14 are driven by a motor 12, and an output of the motor 12 is controlled by the throttle lever 36. Further, the handle 15 is attached to a shaft part 32 extending from the machine body 11 so as to be rotated, a lock mechanism 82 for blocking rotation of the handle 16 is provided at the handle 16, a lock release lever 81 for releasing the lock mechanism 82 is provided at the handle 16, and a stopper member 41 for regulating actuation of the lock mechanism 82 is provided at the handle 16 in a position separated from the throttle lever 36, so that the actuation of the lock mechanism 82 is permitted, when swing of the throttle lever 36 is regulated, and regulated, when the swing of the throttle lever 36 is permitted.
