PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stretchable sheet by which a stretchable sheet with high stretchability in a plurality of directions can be continuously and efficiently manufactured with simple facilities.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of stretchable sheet includes a step in which, after a string shape elastic body 7 is wound around a pair of string conveying structures 12, 13 separate in a direction orthogonally crossing a direction of conveying the sheet using an elastic body winding means 14 and is conveyed, the pair of string conveying structures 12, 13 are put and fixed in between band shape sheets 50, 60. Each of the pair of string conveying structures 12, 13 includes longitudinal members 12a, 13a in an upper step and longitudinal members 12b, 13b in a lower step.
