PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a stretchable sheet, with which flexibility and stretchability of the stretchable sheet can be improved, and a material cost can be saved.SOLUTION: The method for producing the stretchable sheet is for continuously producing the stretchable sheet in which a thread-like elastic body 7 is fixed between belt-like sheets 50 and 60 in the state of being stretched in a direction crossing a direction y. The method for producing the stretchable sheet includes: a feeding process of introducing the thread-like elastic body 7 to an elastic body winding means 14 a conveying process of conveying the thread-like elastic body 7 to thread-conveying longitudinal structures 12 and 13 while continuously winding it by the elastic body winding means 14 an integration process of fixing the thread-like elastic body 7 between the belt-like sheets 50 and 60 a stretching process of stretching the belt-like sheets 50 and 60 and a cutting process of cutting the extended thread-like elastic body 7. In the stretching process, the belt-like sheets 50 and 60 are stretched by using a pair of projected and recessed rollers 171 and 172 where large diameter parts 173 and 175 and small diameter parts 174 and 176 are alternately formed.
