PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a stretchable sheet, enabling the stable manufacture of a stretchable sheet having thread-like elastic bodies partially different in extension scaling factor by partially changing the extension scaling factor of the thread-like elastic bodies to be introduced.SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a stretchable sheet is a method for continuously manufacturing a stretchable sheet in which a thread-like elastic body 7 is fixed between strip-shaped sheets 50, 60 in a state that it extends in a direction crossing a y-direction. This method includes: a supply step of introducing the thread-like elastic body 7 into an elastic body winding means 14 a transfer step of continuously winding the thread-like elastic body 7 around thread-transfer longitudinal structures 12, 13 by using the elastic body winding means 14, and transferring the wound thread-like elastic body 7 and an integrating step of fixing the thread-like elastic body 7 between the sheets 50, 60.
