PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rupture of an elastic film when wearing an underpants type disposable diaper.SOLUTION: An underpants type disposable diaper comprises on at least both sides in a width direction of an exterior body 20, stretchable areas 80 which stretch elastically. The stretchable area 80 is formed by laminating an elastic film 30 between a first sheet layer 20A formed of a nonwoven fabric and a second sheet layer 20B formed of a nonwoven fabric, in which, in a state that the elastic film 30 stretches in the stretch direction, the first sheet layer 20A and the second sheet layer 20B are jointed at plural joint parts 40 arranged with intervals in the stretch direction and in a direction orthogonal to the stretch direction, through open holes 31 formed on the elastic film 30. The shape of the open hole 31 in a natural length state is long in one direction, and an inclination angle θ determined as an intersection angle on a width direction center side, out of intersection angles between a longitudinal direction of the open hole and the diaper width direction, has an inclination shape of 25-35 degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】パンツタイプ使い捨ておむつ装着時における弾性フィルムの破断を防止する。【解決手段】上記課題は、外装体20の少なくとも幅方向両側に幅方向に弾性伸縮する伸縮領域80を有し、この伸縮領域80は、不織布からなる第1シート層20Aと、不織布からなる第2シート層20Bとの間に弾性フィルム30が積層されてなるとともに、弾性フィルム30が伸縮方向に伸長された状態で、第1シート層20A及び第2シート層20Bが、伸縮方向及びこれと直交する方向にそれぞれ間隔を空けて配列された多数の接合部40で、弾性フィルム30に形成された貫通孔31を通じて接合され、自然長状態における貫通孔31の形状は、一方向に長く、かつその長手方向とおむつの幅方向との交差角のうち幅方向中央側の交差角として定まる傾斜角度θが25~35度の傾斜形状とされていることにより解決される。【選択図】図18
