The present disclosure provides an image matching device. An image matching device according to the present disclosure comprises: a 3D scanner for obtaining a first back surface scan image by means of 3D scanning the surface of the back in a first posture of a patient supported on a surgical table； a tracking sensor for obtaining posture information and location of a reference marker marked on the patient's body and posture information and location of a scanner marker displayed on the 3D scanner； memory for storing a human body correlation model relating to the correlation between the surface of the back and the vertebrae of the patient； and a processor electrically connected to the 3D scanner, the tracking sensor and the memory. The processor can produce a first virtual vertebra measurement image, for measuring the location of the patient's vertebrae, on the basis of the human body correlation model and the first back surface scan image, and can match a coordinate system of the first virtual vertebra measurement image to a coordinate system of the patient on the basis of the posture information and the location of the reference marker and the posture information and the location of the scanner marker.La présente divulgation concerne un dispositif d'appariement d'images.
