PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creamy retort food having a texture characteristic of a white sauce without using wheat flour and a milk raw material and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The creamy retort food which does not use the wheat flour and the milk raw material is obtained by mixing wet heated soybeans with gelatinized potato and oil and fat as raw materials. The amount of the wet heated soybeans mixed is 1-15% in terms of solid content conversion to the creamy retort food and the amount of the oil and fat mixed is 0.1-2 pts. to 1 pt. of solid content of the wet heated soybeans.
