The present invention relates to a perfume composition for recreating the fragrance of Zanthoxylum piperitum (L.) DC., and more specifically, a perfume composition for recreating the fragrance of Zanthoxylum piperitum (L.) DC., wherein sabinene is added to components which are determined by SPME method to be aromatic components of Zanthoxylum piperitum (L.) DC., such as cis-3-hexenol, propionic acid, &alpha；-pinene, and nonanal, to thereby enhance the pleasantness of the fragrance. A perfume composition of the present invention and a composition for external application to skin using the same can recreate the fragrance of Zanthoxylum piperitum (L.) DC. while enhancing the pleasantness thereof.본 발명은 초피나무(Zanthoxylumpiperitum (L.) DC.) 잎의 향취를 재현한 향료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 SPME법에 의해 초피나무 잎의 향취성분으로 분석된 시스-3-헥센올(cis-3-Hexenol), 프로피온산(Propionic acid), 알파피넨(α-Pinene), 노나날(Nonanal) 등에, 사비넨(Sabinene)을 첨가함으로써 기호성이 우수한 초피나무 잎의 향취를 재현한 향료 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 향료 조성물 및 이를 함유하는 피부 외용제 조성물은 초피나무 잎의 향취를 재현할 수 있고, 향취의 기호성도 개선할 수 있다.
