PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing an acidic aqueous solution of heparin, which prepares a sterile catheter lock solution having anticoagulant property without requiring much labor when used and a storage container for medical treatment, which is a preparation and preservation container for preparing and preserving the aqueous solution of heparin, hardly loses anticoagulant activity even in long-term preservation and has bacteriostatic effect and consequently suppresses bacterium proliferation even by mixing bacteria.SOLUTION: The method for preparing an acidic aqueous solution of heparin includes holding an aqueous solution of heparin in a room and an acidic aqueous solution in another room, isolating both the solutions, preserving or thermally sterilizing the solutions, mixing both the solutions just before using a catheter lock liquid or after thermal sterilization and before the use so as to suppress deactivation of heparin under an acidic condition.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】使用する際に、手間をかける事無く、抗凝血性で無菌のカテーテルロック液を調製できる酸性へパリン水溶液の調製方法、および前記ヘパリン水溶液を調製、保存するための調製・保存容器であって、長期間保存しても、抗凝血活性が失われることが少なく、かつ静菌効果を有しているので、細菌が混入した場合でも、その増殖が抑止できる医療用収容容器の提供。【解決手段】1室にヘパリン水溶液、他の1室に酸性水溶液を入れて、両液を隔離して、保存、または熱滅菌し、カテーテルロック液を使用する直前、或いは熱滅菌後から使用前のいずれかに前記両液を混合することで、酸性下におけるハパリンの失活を抑止する酸性ヘパリン水溶液の調製方法。【選択図】図1
