The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing pellet feed comprising: a hopper for injecting raw materials a raw material extruder for transferring, stirring, compressing, and pulverizing the raw materials injected through the hopper to discharge the resultant product a punched plate formed at one end portion of the raw material extruder a cutting means formed on one side of the punched plate to cut the raw materials.
