The measurement device includes a operation module. The code key is detachably connected to the measurement device, and a operation mode is saved therein. The test strip is detachably connected to the measurement device. When a user uses the physiological parameter measurement system, the measurement device loads the operation mode from the code key and the test strip obtains a physiological signal from the user. The operation module of the measurement device applies the operation mode to operate the physiological signal to get a physiological parameter.
