A physiological parameter measurement system is disclosed. The physiological parameter measurement system includes a measurement device, a code key and a test strip. The measurement device includes an operation module. The code key is detachably connected to the measurement device, and an operation mode is saved therein. The test strip is detachably connected to the measurement device. When a user uses the physiological parameter measurement system, the measurement device loads the operation mode from the code key and the test strip obtains a physiological signal from the user. The operation module of the measurement device applies the operation mode to operate the physiological signal to get a physiological parameter.
