A smart collar is provided. The smart collar provides a user to detect physical condition, motion condition and surrounded environment condition for retrieving a user condition data. The smart collar comprises a body, a power module, an image extracting module, a sensing module, a process/storage module and a wireless transmitting module. The power module is disposed at the body which includes a power control module and a battery. The image extracting module connects to the power module and extracts an image data. The sensing module detects at least one physical condition, at least one motion condition and at least one surrounded environment condition of the user for retrieving a physical condition data, a motion condition data and a surrounded environment condition data. The process/storage module connects to the sensing module and includes at least one processing unit and at least one memory unit. The memory unit connects to the processing unit and the processing unit generates the user condition data according to the physical condition data, the motion condition data and the surrounded environment condition data. The memory unit stores the image data and the user condition data.
