In order to present a method for producing dry powders of substances which are sensitive again high temperatures and/or pressures, the process according to the invention comprise the following steps: Mixing a feed substance or a mixture of feed products with water forming a water-containing mixture, bringing the water-containing mixture is brought in contact with a supercritical or liquid pressurized medium at a two-component nozzle, and releasing the supercritical or liquid pressurized medium simultaneously with the spraying of the water-containing mixture, whereby an atomisation and drying of the mixture is achieved.
