A three-dimensional combined-type culture bed having temperature and light controls comprises adjustable support legs (2), a multilayer culture bed (3), and a recirculating nutrient supply and cold-water irrigation system. The culture bed (3) comprises a trough (301) that is connected to the nutrient supply and cold-water irrigation system and contains nutrient water (305) a mesh membrane (302) provided above the nutrient water (305) a bacteria-isolating cover (303) disposed on the trough (301), said cover (303) being provided with directional seeding holes (304) and said mesh membrane (302) being adhered to the bottom of the bacteria-isolating cover (303) and a temperature and humidity sensor (7) and other such devices provided within said culture bed (3), each device having a point-to-point wireless connection with a control center. The culture bed utilizes recirculated groundwater for cold-water irrigation to regulate water temperature, which is an effective method for reducing and maintaining the temperature, conserving water, and minimizing wastewater discharge. The use of temperature- and light-control devices to automatically regulate environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity, creates a stable, constant-temperature environment in which rice seeds can grow.
