PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-feeling cosmetic providing extreme cold feeling from just after coating, having excellent sustainability thereof, and hardly causing irritating feeling.SOLUTION: The solid cold-feeling composition includes (a) a water-soluble alginic acid salt, (b) an alkaline earth metal salt, and (c) a cooling material causing endothermic reaction by being dissolved in water.
