PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article, quickly removing loose stool and the like from the surface of a top sheet separating from a wearers skin, and allowing easy observing of feces such as loose stool and the like and replacement with another one quickly after excretion of loose stool and the like.
SOLUTION: In this absorptive article 1A, an absorber 22 includes a lower layer absorber 58A and an upper layer 56A, the upper layer absorber 56A is provided with an upper through-hole 50A formed to penetrate in the thickness direction, and the lower layer absorber 58A is provided with a plurality of lower through-holes 52A formed to penetrate in the thickness direction. The lower through-holes 52A are disposed in a non-superposition with respect to the upper through-hole 50A to be opened to the outer peripheral region of the upper through-hole 50A of the upper layer absorber 56A. In a contact part between the upper layer absorber 56A and the lower layer absorber 58A, at least one of the upper layer absorber 56A and the lower layer absorber 58A is provided with a communicating groove 60A for communicating the upper through hole 50A and the lower through-holes 52A with each other. A back sheet 20 has a total ray transmittance of 30% or more.
