Each said arm is equipped with a pivoting wheel with tyre (6) at its end remote from said transverse bar, or distal end, and also with a plurality of wheel rakes (5). At least the pivoting wheels with tyres (6) located at or near the distal ends of said arms (10) are equipped with shock absorbing means, capable of attenuating the impulsive loads due to the impact of the wheels themselves against irregularities of the ground.
