PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for improving the taste of acerola being a dietary composition containing acerola.SOLUTION: Provided is a dietary composition containing acerola high in palatability in which, by blending ceramide and powdered tea into a dietary composition containing acerola, the strong bitterness and astringency of the acerola are improved, and its sweetness, umami and rich taste are made satisfactory. Also provided is a dietary composition and a composition for improving taste in which the blending ratio between ceramide and powdered tea being 1:10 to 2,000.
