The present invention relates to a method for providing ramie powder for making ramie tea which uses ramie stems as a main material and is capable of effectively removing fibers and maximizing a delicate taste. The present invention also provides ramie and brown rice tea in which the ramie and the brown rice are mixed at an optimal mixing ratio capable of neutralizing the unique flavor and taste of ramie, and maximally using effective ingredients of the ramie.
