A tacker for applying a rotary tack, including a tacker (10) for applying a rotary rack (40), including a handle (12) with a first trigger assembly (14) and a second trigger assembly (16), the trigger assemblies (14, 16) being coupled to an articulat¬ed applicator arm (18) which is disposed through a drive shaft (20) connected to the handle (12), the first trigger assembly (14) operative to apply a rotary tack (40) from a distal end (22) of the applicator arm (18) and the second trigger assembly (16) opera-tive to bend the distal end (22) of the applicator arm (18), wherein a longitudinal axis (C) of the handle (12) is tilted with respect to the drive shaft (20).
