PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing and distributing cooled pasty foods capable of securing better uniformity during manufacturing.SOLUTION: A device for manufacturing and distributing frozen foods such as ice cream (10) has a freezing upper tank (12) aimed to accommodate a liquid preparation and a lower part freezing cylinder (14) including an electrically driven scraper (15) and accommodating the liquid preparation, manufactures a final product from the liquid preparation, and controllably distributes a product through a tap (16) of a terminal of the cylinder (14). The liquid preparation passes between the upper tank (12) and the freezing cylinder (14) via a mixer pipe (21) for mixing passed preparation and air.
