The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing frozen fruit cube cheese with various colors, comprising: a storage tank in which cheese ice creams with various colors are stored and an agitator is installed； an auxiliary storage tank having a nozzle to correspond to a tray and connected to each storage tank； the tray installed on one side of the auxiliary storage tank and having a penetration hole to solidify a cube ice cream； a support unit installed on the lower part of the tray and moving back and forth to fill a liquid ice cream or discharge a solid ice cream injected into the tray； a refrigerant supply unit consisting of a refrigerant supply unit and a refrigerant coil to allow a refrigerant to flow in the tray and the support unit； and a pusher located on the upper part of the tray.
