PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin absorbent article which does not cause liquid leakage, has a high liquid absorption speed, and is excellent in dry feeling.SOLUTION: An absorption complex 4a comprises: a top sheet 2 made of liquid permeable sheet an absorber 1a which is composed of an approximately Ω-shaped SAP sheet 11a placed below the top sheet 2 and a hydrophilic sheet 12a containing pulp which is placed below the SAP sheet 11a and is configured as it goes along the approximate Ω shape of the SAP sheet 11a and a liquid impermeable back sheet 3 placed below the absorber 1a.
